KB37 Mod Wheel & Pitch Bend Problem ... help :)

Since day one my mod wheel has acted as the pitch bend. In the Line 6 device setup menu, the mod wheel is mapped as mod wheel. I also turned off the mod wheel in the mapper, and that didnt work either. I beg you to help. I'm using it with Ableton and Reason. I don't think I should pay a service center since it's always been that way. You can also email me: petersenbass@hotmail.com

First make sure to download and install the latest Line 6 drivers for your operating system:

    Windows Drivers 4.2.5.1:

    MAC Drivers : 7.1.3

    http://line6.com/software/readeula.html?rid=4321

Once the drivers are installed you will need to install the Line 6 Monkey application from the links below:

    Windows Line 6 Monkey 1.51:

    MAC Line 6 Monkey 1.51:

    http://line6.com/getrelease?rid=4619

Once Line 6 Monkey is installed, remove any additional unnecessary USB and firmware devices from your computer when troubleshooting this issue. Make sure to connect it directly to a USB port and not a USB hub, extension, or keyboard of any kind, preferably connect it to a USB port on the rear of computer. Try using additional USB cables and every USB port available until you are able to launch Line 6 Monkey and detect the device.

After Launching Line 6 Monkey apply any updates that are available until you have a green check next to each component.

If you are still having trouble try setting the MIDI controller mapping to 'Reason 3' when using Reason and 'Ableton Live' when using Ableton?

The other option would be to set the KB37 to use the 'MIDI default' mapping and then assign whatever you want to the pitch and mod wheels within either Reason or Ableton.

If you still can not use the KB37's pitch or mod wheels correctly, I would suggest that you have a local Line 6 Service Center assess the hardware for you. You can locate a Line 6 Service Center in your area, using the finder at the link below:
