If your pitch bend is acting as a mod wheel, then it sounds like a CC assignment issue.  You weren't specific in what kind of computer you're using, whether it's PC or Mac.  You need to go into either Control Panel (PC), or System Preferences (Mac), to the Line 6 Audio/MIDI driver.  From there, you can assign CC parameters.  Since the software is already installeed, pick your DAW and save it as a preet.  If it's not present, then you can manually assign CC information to each control on the KB37.  There is a MIDI CC Control matrix in the user manual, which is downloadable.

The software is designed to work with just about anything, so I would exhast the MIDI CC Control matrix before you resign yourself to this being a hardware issue.  It sounds like a simple enough fix,.  Keep us posted.

Well, you could assign the mod wheel as the pitch bend and set the value to zero, which will fix it at 440 hZ.  Also, you can create a blank template and assign your own CC commands and use that as the default setting.  Sometimes the presets won't map correctly.  I've had that issue since I work with several DAW's at once; Logic, Reason, Ableton, BIAB, Pod Farm, etc.  I had to create my own CC commands since nothing would cover what I needed to do.  Remember, it's a blank template that you have to use, and view the KB37 as an open slate for you to assign parameters to.

Worst case scenario, you might have to get a new controller, which I hope isn't the case.  Turnaround time on warranty repairs is horrendous, and I'm not sure how Line 6 handles RMA requests, either.
