Hey All,
When Line 6 announce 2.0 release in q1. Did they say which year?
Many L6 users wont to know that and we are all looking forward for 2.0 firmware.
lol - it's like i said, expect it at 11:59 PM on 3/31 with a few bugs that will get patched a couple weeks later.

I'd rather it be done when it's finished. Know what I mean?

+1 Completly agree
+1 ... for sure.
me too, so long as it's finished AROUND it's target date. for instance, what if it's not "done" until 2015? I'll take the crappy version now please. when it's "done" put out an update. something better than nothing.
So far I've been VERY underwhelmed by the development pace on this product line. I don't know if Line 6's developers simply have no passion for their work or have had their will bludgeoned by an unduly bureaucratic and cumbersome development process or have been shifted off this line, but it's getting kind of ridiculous. this is their flagship product, and it's taking 6+ months to put out basic bug fixes and updates. Some of these can be tackled in a day.
it's discouraging they're labeling this as a 2.0 update. what's 2.0 about it? two amp models and an effect?! 2.0 should be a change to most users' use case. IE - global EQ and user uploadable IR's would be 2.0.
Will they even announce the slippage before the end of the month?
No but you could click your heels together 3 times and say "there's no place like home", then maybe the firmware will be there (pay no attention to that Line 6 employee behind the curtain)...
in 2014 q1 there will be axe-fxlike mfx for only 500 bucks .:D meanwhile in line 6 factory - Pod Ultra definition project mfx with hyper quality and stupid limitations --
holy ..
