Firmware 2.0, Relay G30/50/90 Update or not?

I am wondering, if my Relay G30 works fine (what it does), is there any need to upgrade the firmware? What are the benefits, is the shorter latency noticeable? I would like to have more information before packing my G30 and send it to the next Service Center.

    The difference in latency, while measurable, is not noticable by itself. As far as the other improvements, they add a bit more reliability, but most users will see no difference.  They do not affect the sound quality.

     

    You can flash it yourself, but it does require having a V75 receiver because the receiver has a USB port allowing you to conect to a computer.  Check and see what your dealer is willing to do for you in that regard.
