Hey all - long time Line 6 user, first time forum poster.  Be gentle with me.

Quick question - I recently upgraded from XTLive to HD500.  The XTLive had a power switch.  The HD500 does not.  What's the proper/best way to power on the HD500?  I have it plugged into a power strip that I turn on (which in turn powers on the HD500).  Is that ok?  Or is it better to power on the power strip, then PLUG IN the HD500?  Just want to make sure I'm not doing any power surge thing that will be bad for the unit.
