Reset lifetime devices

Hi.

I've got an USB sound card, the Pod Studio UX1 with a free model pack.

In my account I can see this message:

 

You currently are using 1 out of 4 active devices.

You currently are using 10 out of 10 lifetime devices.

 

When I try to authorize my computer appears this error:

 

Unable to authorize your device.

You have reached your limit of total lifetime device authorizations for this account

 

How can I reset my list of lifetime devices?
