Just received my brand new G50 system but I'm guessing the new systems with the upgraded firmware are only just making it into the stores, so I'm concerned that my new system isn't NEW, it's took me ages to save for the system so I begrudge having to spend extra to ship back to Line6 or buy extra kit to do the upgrade myself. I was wondering if there is any other option for upgrading the firmware? or maybe a local (Derby/Nottingham UK) Line6 dealer who could offer a drop off service?

How do you find out if your system has the latest firmware update anyway?
