Can I updated from POD Farm 2 to POD Farm 2.5?

I'm sorry asking again this, but I just read something on forum that I can't update POD Farm 2 if I bought it new after 2009.

 

I'm wanting to buy a POD Studio KB37 with POD Farm 2 (a new one, with fiscal note and warranty). I'm from Brazil so I guess is why there's so it's an old fresh product.
anyway, if I buy that can I upload for free to POD Farm 2.5?
