No Option For Rifftracker Upgrade

I bought my Guitar Port (Rifftracker version - S/N can be given) four years ago and would like to upgrage to the latest software. I have the original CD and my guitar port, but the only option is to purchase the full $99 version rather than the $29 upgrade.

Any help would be greatfully received.

Hello,
If you go to the store and select "guitarport", you should see the upgrade directly below the Riffworks for $99. See the screenshot for explanation.

If you still cannot see the upgrade option, try using a different internet browser to see if that helps.
