Missing Tremolo JTV-69

Hi all, I just picked up my JTV-69 from a store in Australia yesterday and have noticed there is no tremolo bar in the package. Should the guitar have come with one or does this need to be purchased separately?

    The guitar should have definitely come with the  tremolo bar.

     

    Every James Tyler Variax guitar includes the following accessories:

     

    • One Workbench interface
    • One USB cable
    • One Category 5 Variax Digital Interface cable
    • One Allen wrench tool set
    • One battery (*US made JTV guitars are shipped with 2 batteries)
    • One battery charger
    • One battery charger power supply w/ international adapters

     

    You should contact the dealer, or your Australian Distributor if any of these materials are missing from your guitar:
