Mobile In and IPAD - how do you import POD patches

I updated Mobile In and hooked up the iPad to my Mac. I then opened iTunes and went to the App menu to add some .l6t tones from my POD 2.0 patch library.  iTunes seemed to add the patches, but when I open Mobile Pod, there are still no User tones listed.  Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
