NEW TO LINE 6, Need help on fbv mk1

So, Im trying to figure out how i can download,arrange,save tones and effects onto this FBV shoartboard mk1.

 

I just got it from craigslist.lol

 

Im running it through a Line 6 Spider 2 HD150watt head and cab.

 

I dont know how to plug this board into a computer. i have the cable and all, but nothing seems to happen.
