Invalid Code Error 02

I just sold my Pod Xt Live on Ebay and I was about to ship it but I decided I would restore the flash memory first so it will be the factory default. I accidently turned off my lightswitch(the pod was connected to the same socket) and now it says Invalid Code Error 02
