I have just received and installed a Line 6 Mobile In which I am using with my iPad2.  There seems to be a latency issue.  At first I connected up the Mobile In to the iPad2 and connected the output directly to my Bose computer monitors in order to audition the sounds from the Mobile Pod app.  I sounded like each patch had a slap back echo dialled in even with all the delay switched off.  I have just tried it with a pair of headphones and there is a definite delay between me plucking the strings and then hearing the note. 

Has anyone else had this problem? 

Is there a solution?

Do other input devices suffer from this?
