G50 Signal Output Causing Distortion

I need an idea or help getting the output on my g50 quieter. I run it into a TC Electronic Nova System and with input gain on absolute minimum its clipping the input. Any ideas on how to fix this? Right now I put a Fishman Platinum DI before the Nova System and it works, but I need that at the end of my chain as a DI box for my acoustic setup. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no gain in the output of any Relay systems.  You get out what you put in, so the simple answer is turn down at the input.

The basic rule of thumb for avoiding noise is to run as loudly as you can but without driving an input to clipping.  If you were to turn down the output of the G50 it would become more noisy.  What you want to do is increase the input sensitivity of your Nova system.  That should also lower the noise in the Nova system.
