Problems with M9

Hi,
My M9 is frozen. 1st fx unit lights are red and 2nd fx unit lights are off (no color).
Main display and knobs are ok but all the buttons (switches) aren`t working.
Please help me out with this as quick as possible, because I have a gig next week and I'll need it.
