Bought Metal Shop, never recieved anything???

I bought metal shop, and it gave me an error code 2820.
It said to check the details and try again. So I did.
It gave me the same error, so I go to check the bank account online, and found out i've been charged TWICE 24.95 for the software that I NEVER recieved.
I can prove I bought the software, if I need to. Under my purchases on Line 6 is says I've bought the software. TWICE. Why haven't I recieved a download link, or something?
I expect to recieve a refund for the second purchase, as well as a download of the software.
Another thing, when I go to return one of the purchases, I get error code 8211. So not only did I just spend 49.90 on software I NEVER got, it won't let me return one of the purchases.
I'm very angry with line 6.
there is never a download... its already built into everything... all you need to do is run the line6 license manager (part of monkey) to authorize (unlock) your purchase...
they will have no problem giving you a refund i'm sure... .for the duplicate purchase
I ran line 6 manager, it doesn't recognize that I even bought Metal Shop.
When I go to my purchased addons, it simply says "You haven't bought anything"
When I go to recent purchases it says under status "Placed" "Metal Shop for GX", twice.

perhaps you have more than one account?
also... you need to have something to authorize the metal pack on... have you purchased pod farm? have an xt?
the metal shop pack wont work on its own or with a trial version.
I have a line 6 GX, and I have only a single account, the one i'm using to type this. I currently own POD Farm 2.53. Still got the disc and everything.

I believe the problem is that your orders may be stuck. They should show "completed" and not "placed". I would try cancelling the orders (you can do that online in your purchase history), and starting again.
Whenever I try to cancel it I get error code 8211... It won't let me. ![]()
In that case, I would open up a support ticket http://line6.com/support/tickets/add.html or contact Line 6 by phone as TheRealZap suggested.
Already have a ticket open, still waiting from Line 6. Only problem is that i'm at work the same hours that their phone service is open. I guess i'll just have to get sneaky and call them with a bluetooth or something. Thanks for the help anyways guys. I appreciate it.
