variax 300 nylon low volume??

Hi, I bought variax 300 nylon from ebay and was wondering is it normal that guitar's output volume is very weak? I have to turn my pod xt master volume and channel volume to max and guitars own compressor to max too and still I won't get good input volume to my soundcard (or any other device) I've tried loosening the strings and taking away the sadle and blowing dust away but no change. What could be wrong, is there anything I can do for this issue or do I need to buy new piezo? Thx!
Could some line6 moderator give me any info about this, I'm desperate
How loud shout the variax nylon guitar output be compared to normal elecktric guitar. I can't get good input volume to my audio program... Could it be the guitar's output plug, I would appreciate any info. Can a normal guitar repairer fix this, where I can buy a new piezo?
Is this really so hard question for any moderator to answer even if the product is out of manufacture? 5 months gone already and not a single answer!! I just want to know is it typical for variax 300 nylon that the output is so low, if not what should I do? You know that if I try amplify the volume, there will be hiss because the original level is not loud enough! Is ther still spare parts I can buy?
you really need to contact line6 directly...

line6 support do not actively monitor the forums... just us users here, and the nylon 300 is a little of a rare beast, so probably not many users that can give you feedback on it.
Ok, thank you anyway! I appreciate it.
probably a dumb question but have you checked the battery... even if your using a power supply if the battery is still in and its weak it could cause this problem like on all variax guitars.
