I was looking into buying a pod hd 500 and while i wait to save up for a proper FRFR system i was looking into plugging it into my spider amp i currently own. I've seen some articles of people plugging their hd500's into their spider IV amps and using the TEST option by holding down the tap/tempo button while powering on to bypass all effects and being able to plug their pod into the front input. But I was wondering does TEST mode work on the Spider III series of amps and specifically the 120 watt model?
