Can EX-2 be calibrated?  I use the Line 6 Mission expression pedal, which is great by the way.  Nice heavy duty pedal.  I used the pedal with the shortboard and Flextone before I got the HD500.  There was a way to calibrate the second pedal on Flextone setup, but I've been reading through the literature and forums and haven't found anything on the HD500. 

Also, whenever I insert a wah into a patch it changes the tone of the patch even when I have the wah in bypass.  Normal behavior?  It usually sounds like a little noise is included when I insert the wah.
