Does anybody know how to recreate the start of the intro of cowboys from hell. Iknow its  a phaser effect but the beginning is tape manipulation.  Tried using looper but can control with expression pedal to slow down . Also I would like to be able to do it live.  If anybody figured this out please respond and thank you in advance.
