"Programming purchases on hardware failed"

I just bought and installed an UX2 after my UX1 stopped working. Everything seems to authorize correctley, but when I press Install my model packs I get the error message; "Programming purchases on hardware failed 0xff from server - Not found". Help would be appreciated!

Re: "Programming purchases on hardware failed"

I know this thread is very long time ago but I just want to share. I bought a new ssd to replace my hdd. So after I have installed all the drivers and important apps, I planned to install my ux2 next. Then I just use the installer and install it.

After that I go to line 6 account to de-authorize my computer and device. The computer is successfully de-authorized, but the device de-authorization is pending. It said that i should remove it using license manager.

So I did go the license manager and try to remove the device but failed with an error

So I found within this community a guy said he just use different usb port and then it worked.

Before I go futher, I have P8Z77-V deluxe motherboard so, it has 4 USB 2.0 and the 6 USB 3.0 at the back. When I first installed it, I plugged it into USB 3.0 port. So I try to plug it into other USB 3.0 port, it does not work. So I try to use the USB 2.0 port and BAM!! it worked!!

    I hope this info help.

And for the tech team at Line 6, this is something they should look at.
