  You can save your presets with monitor link off by dragging them into the icon gallery or in the library in tweak mode. The next time you use them the link (pre) status will be off.

    So that's a no then.  It took me a very long time to go through all the presets and change to pre , then save each preset again.  I would recommend an update with a simple 'global' pre or post fader.
