i have a pod hd500, all of its functions work great,

th elooper is not functioning at all. it doesnt even lights up the switch and even if press the looper switch it wont display on the lcd screen that it has engaged the looper mode or i cant hear any looping , plz any help its greatly appreciated, i dont what happened causethe pod its with latest flash versions and everything updated, and the looper used to work and suddenly it just stopped working
