Where can the Playlists in the Media Player be saved?

Can the List be saved with Scenes, so that i can Play a extra List after the e.g. 8th Scene/Song and another List after the e.g. 15th Scene/Song.

Or can the Playlist only be saved with the Setup or neither nor?
