I have a ux 1 and all relivent software installed and have uninstalled and installed it all twice but still Line 6 monkey won't detect the Ux1 and keeps asking me to update the drivers.

I have updated the drived over 6 times now and still have no idea where the problem is but the Ux1 light is Red instead of green and monkey nor the lisence manager is picking it up..

Can anyone help me out here?
