Workbench thru hd500 very slow and hanging up

Hi,

 

just wondering if anyone else is having issues with connecting their Vax to a HD500 and using workbench.

 

when I do it it takes ages for the Vax to sync and to change models from workbench.

 

I thought these were mean't to work together??
