So when are line 6 going to sort this problem? Win7 64x - UX2

we all know that windows 7 (64bit) doesn't play nicely with the Line 6 UX2
but when the hell are they going to decide to fix this
i've had my unit for a year and nothing has come out, no new drivers, NOTHING
i don't want to have to buy another Recording interface, because besides the drivers, there is nothing wrong with it
i keep having to install previous driver, then when they stop working, update them, then roll them back, then update them and it's starting to be a big joke
The latest driver update is 4.2.5.4, and is dated May 8, 2012. It supports Win7-x64, as well as Win8-x64. You can find it here http://line6.com/software
They have worked perfectly on Win 7 x64 desktop for months. I just tried it on Windows 8-64 last night, and noticed some minor dropout issues, but I'm wondering if it was because I was also running a VMWare virtual machine at the same time. I need to test further.

I have been running Win7 64 bit for well over 2 years without a glitch.
Have you took a look at the USB troubleshooting guide (this has more to do with data interruption though).?

You might also consider a support ticket because what you describe is not normal behavior.

But I wonder if the Win8 is a typo.
You cannot select Win8 for an OS form the dropdown on the downloads page yet.
