ux2 not sound

Hi i have  installed my ux2 and it dont give sound through the phone/monitor/analog outs, it only work when i make to sound with my normal sound card  in windows 7 but in windows xp or 7 i dont make it work with the ux 2 audio ports i have try reinstall all programs/drives and change OS several times ,change speaker  and pc speaker with adapter and  not make it work, now i dont see the green sensor in pod farm when i play my guitar;  i think i will never buy again an line 6 product >_<

    If you run the newest version of Monkey do you have green ticks for POD Farm, drivers, and firmware?

      i have all programs/drivers with line 6 monkey with green ticks and it still not working,i just get some sound with guitar rig 5 but using my old amp conected on the phones port and it got a noise  like when the computer are stuck and  i can't stop it and when i try to  unplug the ux2 when thats happen  i got the blue screen , i have try to conected a sound system using the aux option and it don't get any sound.
