Low Volume mode and Simulated Output of DT25

Hi!
I need to know, if I run the DT25 on the low volume mode (at low volume, around 0.5 or 1), will the simulated output still work?
That might be very low signal...But you should have some direct output signal.
Keep in mind, if you need to do silent recording you can do it with a DT25 by turning on LVM and placing the amp on standby....useful for late night headphone only recording...
Thanks for the information.
Can I have the head on it's own? (No cabinet)... on the low volume mode on stand-by that is..
technically, yes that will work...However, if the standby switch were turned on sccidentally there is a risk of blowing the output transformer. You could put a dummy load on the amp and then you would not have to really worry about an accident like that...

Just thought I'd clarify: the DT25 has output transformer protection in the form of a relay-driven speaker jack sensor. It's listed right in the specs page. So no speaker load is ok on DT25.
I'm very surprised because it says in the manual to power on without a speaker plugged in.
