Hey all,

I've been running my pod xt live for a while through both my pc and through various keyboard bass amps and it sounds absolutely amazing. I use the studio direct setting and plug right in through the front of the amps.

I just got my hands on a few different amps, a Marshall valvestate 8080 and most recently a crate gx900h with a 4x12 cab. I tried running the pod through the effects turn and tried using all the different output settings and it sounds horrific.

It either sounds overly saturated or flat out horrible.

What is the best recommended way to plug this in or am I better off going analog?
