Reverb stomp box in the PODxt Pro's effects loop

I have a Boss RV-5 (reverb stomp box) and I want to connect in the effects loop of my PODxt Pro but I have read that this input is for line level signal (rack processors...).

Does anyone have any experience connecting stomp box pedal in the POD's loop?, Will it work well?
