tengo un POD HD500 es el primer dia que lo ocupo

hace un rato conecte el usb al computador y la conecte y me salio la pantalla, negra sin ninguna luz ni nada mas

que diablos le pasó??? alguien q me ayde por favor gracias!!!

i use it all day long,  and now few minutes ago, i wanted to seup some presets , conect the USB cable and te Power supply

and..... the  screen now is just blank, and no light ethier.

it doesn´t recognize the USB conection my computer  neither

if some body can help me please
