Issues with editing Pod Farm tone names with iMac...

Hello all! I just recently picked up a UX2 and although I find it does everyrthing I "need" it to do I am having trouble getting it to do something I'd "like" it to do. I'd like to save my own tones with my own names and information! Seems like a reasonable request wouldn't you agree?
If I call up any pre-existing tone, edit it a bit (or not) and then choose hit the "File" button just to the left of the tone name and select "Save As" the "Save Tone As" pane will pop up and I can select any of those fields but cannot edit them at all. See below:
I can change the drop down box items (Style, Sub-Style, Pickup Style etc.), I can change the folder path by using the Browse, I can change the Target, I can clear the form but I cannot even type anything in any of the other fields... including the Tone Name. See below:
Another annoying thing that occasionally happens is that once you select a field (usually a double-click) and then cancel out of the "Save Tone As" pane the selected field remains overtop of the Pod Farm main pane no matter what you do until you shut down the program. See below:
Has anyone else had this issue and, more importantly how do I fix it?
I'm using an iMac running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and my Pod Farm version is 2.55.0 x64
