I know I wouldn't get the voicing options I have when using the link (maybe I can get some of that via midi). However I'm thinking of using some other processors AFTER the HD500 (can't use them in the 500's loop cause I'm using it for an overdrive already), but before the DT.  Was originally gonna put them in the DT's loop, but for some reason, using the DT's loop adds noise (not to mention I'd have to run 2 more long cables from my amp to my pedalboard.
