HD500 Stereo mixer direct issue

I have just aquired an HD500 to upgrade from my older POD 2.0 but I am finding the POD 2.0 is kicking its ***!. I cannot get stereo output when plugging into my mixing desk using the unballanced left and right, in the same way I did with the POD 2.0. I was assuming this would be fairly easy. All the firmware updates have been done so I am up to date.

 

Is their anything else I need to do other than set to output to direct?

    Sorry youve had no assistance so far.

     

    However, could you paerhaps expand upon your meaning when you say "cannot get stereo output".

     

    for example, are you saying you are only getting output from one channel?, or perhaps that you are saying you are not getting a stereo 'effect' where you expect one.

     

    Either way, a little more description may assist in getting your answer.
