POD HD500 EDIT problem

Hi, the strangest thing happened just now 1/21/2013. I was running my Pod HD500 into GarageBand with the HD500 EDIT program running. And when I clicked on a new tone in the HD500 EDIT program, it nearly blew out my speakers with a continuous low beep and the next thing I know the HD500 EDIT program went blank and says my POD is disconnected and when I clicked "okay", it said my driver needs to be updated. I then quickly looked down at my physical POD's screen and it says "UPDATE FLASH". I then opened Line 6 Monkey and indeed it now says I need to update my driver to 7.2.1...and my flash is up to date... so I updated the driver and restarted both my computer and POD. When my POD restarted, the screen on it still says "UPDATE FLASH" and when I opened my HD500 EDIT program, it says "failure to upload patches"...when I opened my Line 6 Monkey again, it says everything is updated and current. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks.
Linked below is a youtube video I have uploaded with the problem I have now:

You might try reinstalling the latest firmware.
The problem suddendly resolved itself which was strange. Thanks though!
