I recently purchased this pedal and it is supposed to work with both programs and won't work with either. I have a core i7 processor with 16Gb ram running Windows 7. I've downloaded and installed all the programs I can find on the line6 site and nothing seems to do any good. I have an open support ticket but getting no response. I have gone into system tools and it says my drivers are installed. Both programs tell me there is no controler found. Strange thing, it will work as a volume pedal. Users guide says to download POD Farm 2-Express.fbv it is nowhere to be found. HELP
