G&G hardshell case - Does it protect guitar enough?

This question is mainly for JTVs US version owners. Do you think, that G&G case included with your JTV US is good enough - does it protect guitar enough? I really like design and look of it, but friend of mine told me it doesn't look that robust and he would buy other (better) case. I have JTV-69 (just in case cases are different).
I guess it depends on what you mean by "enough". If you aren't flying and checking your guitar, I'd say it is probably enough to protect the guitar in most situations.
G&G is the same company that makes the cases for Fender's AVRI line and custom shop stuff. I have another G&G case for my Jazzmaster, and the two are essentially the same. For hauling the guitar to gigs and practice in my car, the case is fine. If I were flying with it, I'd probably want an ATA style case. But the G&G case is still a very nice case.
Thanks for you answer, phil_m. This is exactly my opinion, G&G case is enough for hauling in car. I might still go ATA case, I've just found one really cheap case for keyboard with good dimensions, so I might take it to my favorite casemaker (has done pretty good case for my HD500) to modify it for my JTV.
Those cases look like my Fender cases. I've had my Tele Deluxe since 1973 and my strat since 1980 -- both have the same style case. I don't tour, so don't know if I'd use them for that -- probably would go to some TSA rated case for that, but they have been fine. I take pains not to drive over my guitars anyway.....![]()
