    all updates are done, says needs 2.0 or higher

      there are no "new amps and cabs" to download if all updates are done... all are buit into the x3...

      what exactly are you trying to do when you see this message?

          then the issue is likely a known bug... i'm guessing those tones do not have cabs enabled.

          either add cabs, or don't use those tones.

              use gearbox, before you try to send it to the x3.
