Hi!

First of all, I tried to find an answer from this forum, but I couldn't find it for my problem.

My instrument input is working perfectly in my UX-2, but when I connected a mic cable in to the XLR-inputs, nothing happens.
I've already chosen the MIC 1 input from the mixer views input list but there's nothing happening in the meters, no sound, nothing. I tried to switch the phantom power on, still nothing happens.

I was wondering how the mic inputs even work? Do I have to run POD farm to hear the sound or what? I just wanted to record something with my guitar amp where the microphone is connected.
What I'm doing wrong?
