When using models, guitar sounds bassy

Hey everyone,

I notice when I use my Tyler Variax without the modeling, it sounds nice and articulate. When I switch to one of the models, it sounds really bassy and I have to increase the treble on my amp. Is this normal? Thanks.

If you are using your JTV with an HD500, the tone setting on your guitar is saved in the patch. So if it was turned down when you last saved it, it doesn't matter where the tone knob is set when you first switch back to it. Adjust your tone knob and resave the patch. This is a simple thing but I've been caught up by this twice while at rehearsal.
