Recently I had an issue after upgrading my gear, I did a series of purchases which putted me on a rare and difficult spot. I don't want to go into specific details because this post it is a simply burst of gratitude towards the incredible understanding and amazing handling of the issue by the Line 6 support team, you guys have made my day and to be totally honest, I don't believe too many companies would have done what you did for me.

 

I also want to say that I was already a heavy Line 6 user and an adept, now I am a loyal devoted!!. There is not words enough in a dictionary to describe my gratitude...
