MSKFAHIM
Hello, My Pod XT Live is stuck!! I hear the rotary drum sound. It doesn't let me change anything. I tried unplugging it but that doesn't reset anything in a way that the machine restarts from a place where I can use it again. This is surprising to me. Please help me take it back to my normal plug and play mode where I get to select different tones and stuff. Below is a video of my condition:
BillBee
Hi There and welcome to the forums (though I wish it was under better circumstances). I would reflash the firmware: http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/pod/pod-20-podxt-family-pocket-pod-floorpods/pod-xt-series-factory-reset-reflash-and-firm-r491 I hope that clears it up for you - L6 Monkey will give you the instructions when you connect. Let us know the results. -Bill

BillBee
Yep - but you may be able to save them. IIRC either Monkey gives that option or try getting into Gearbox to do it. Hope it works - I learned the hard way and back them up periodically now. -B
Triryche
In Gearbox you can back-up all the PODxt's presets as a bundle. Word of caution when reflashing, if you purchased it 2nd with added Model Packs you will loose them, unless the previous owner gifted them to you or surrendered their Line6 account. If YOU purchased Model Packs, no worries.
MSKFAHIM
Hello people, I am currently downloading Gearbox from line 6 softwares. Is there a manual/tutorial for the back up thing? I want to save everything I currently have before flashing it. Another question: After backing up my tones as a bundle, how do I actually flash the hardware? I am downloading gearbox from this link: http://uk.line6.com/software/?name=GearBox&submit_form=set
