Hi there, maybe you can help. When I'm using it with my iPone 6 thru lightning cable it works flawlessly, but when I'm connecting it to my iPad 2 via 30 PIN cable, iPad recognizes the device, plays backing tracks and sound samples, but there's no guitar soenud at all. Any suggestions?

Hello burniaki,

I myself am an iPad 2 user and I use the Line 6 Mobile keys cable.

Other users have had issues with iPad2 and it seemed to get resolved with the aforementioned cable. Source:

What 30-pin cable are you using? Or are you using an adapter?

Hi JimNiven,

As mentioned before, I'm running Sonic Port VX on an iPad 2 running iOS 8.1.2 connected with the same cable. I use it regularly with Garageband,  Cubasis, and free Mobile POD v1.7 without any problems. If you have all of the updates and you're still having problems, please contact our customer service so that they can troubleshoot this for you.
