They transmit on entirely different frequencies and are not at all compatible. Go to the full post

I have a bunch of XD-V70's and some X2 wireless units.  Is there any correlation between X2 and XD-V70 channels and are the units compatible?... meaning can I use an X2 transmitter with a XD-V70 receiver?

I'm sure you're aware that the X2 system arrived long before the Relays and XD-Vs that it ultimately "spawned".

Sadly, then, while many of the pioneering techniques from the X2 are critical to the later Relay and XD-V, those later systems (while themselves being interoperable) are not only incompatible with it, but also any attempt to "mix and match" the later systems with an X2 is highly likely to critically compromise both the X2 and either or both of the later systems.
