sofoklis
Guys I just bought a used pod HD 500 and I already have problems with the the POD HD edit software. Although windows and this monkey thing recognize the device when I run the POD HD edit software the message "Could not detect a POD HD connected to your computer. POD HD edit will run in offline mode". I tried 3 different versions of POD HD edit uninstall and reisntall the drivers multiple times and with different order...nothing changes... Any ideas that could help?
alienux
Try different USB cables and/or different USB ports. Even if they seem to work normally with other devices, many users have had luck just trying different ports or cables. Also, if you're using a USB hub, connect directly to the computer instead. The PODs often don't do well with hubs.
