chimp_spanner
Hey all! Using Cubase 7.04, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit on a Phenom II X4 965BE w/4GB RAM. Whenever I automated a "SW" parameter on or off in Cubase, there's a very brief pause/glitch in the audio. Any ideas what could be causing it? Automating knob parameters works just fine. Many thanks! vries
I do not know what a "SW" parameter is but I think I have a similar problem. In Ableton Live8 I am controlling the on/off switch of a wahpedal in podfarm2 VST by sending a midiCC message from a footswitch through midiyoke. A glitch in audio occurs when sending this midiCC message. Just mouseclicking the same on/off switch does not produce an audioglitch..... It seems to be just the on/off switches that produce the glitch when controlled by sending a midiCC message: the wah position and other midicontrolled parameters do not. vries
got a reply from Line6: this is caused by the DAW, nothing they can do.. The same actually happens in Amplitube when automating the on/off switch of a wahpedal
