Try a different USB port (the ones in the rear should not be a hub like the fronts), different cable, different PC. Has it ever connect? sidea Posted August 5, 2017 Share Posted August 5, 2017 Hi Did you ever have any joy here? I am facing the same issue. I've tried every single USB connection on my PC and it's just not working.
