MAJOR ISSUE WITH G90 SYSTEM NEED HELP BAD! ASAP!

Hi,

I have a Wireless g90 rack system which has worked fine for almost 2 years now, I just bought two new TB12 transmitters, they came set as RF2 which I nkewwouldn't work with my g90 as the firmware isn't v2.0 so I knew I would have to set the new ones to RF1 which I did. I am getting a signal fine on both new transmitters but no signal through my BOSS TU1-2 tuner. Output from Tuner 1/4" is connected to Input on Marshall head, Tuner/Aux out on back of G90 as usual is connected to Input 1/4" on TU1-2, thought maybe the tuner had gone bad so changed it for a 2nd boss, and even my polytune, same thing, no signal from tuner. Tried different instrument cables, still same issue.

I am STUCK! have a gig tonight at 9pm so need help badly, don't know what else to try.

How do I upgrade the firmware on the G90 rack to newest, so that it supports RF2? there is nothing online how to do this anywhere.

very frustrated right now

Have you tried plugging directly from the tuner output of the G90 directly into the amp?

Do you get normal output from the main output?

Btw. All firmware updates require using an XD-v75 as it can connect through a computer via USB. Upgrades are free via Line 6 monkey. ( see support tab)

Hi Dboomer, my new transmitters both work fine with my backup system which I take on travel gigs which is the G55, so that tells me the cables are fine which I knew. So how the blazes does someone upgrade firmware on the G90? if I don't have a XD-v75?

I am getting signal level fine using the new transmitters on the G90, but when I play a note on guitar no sound from Marshall head, and tuner doesn't work when I kick the TU1-2 on, obviously something isn't right but I cannot work what? It's not the cables they are brand new, it's not the new transmitters as they work fine with my G55, don't know what else to try.

I am getting audio signal fine through my tuner into amp input ok , but no sound from amp :( this has never happened before.

Have you tried connecting the Receiver main out to the input of the Marshall just to test it?  If that works try the same thing with the Tuner/aux out connected directly to the Marshall.
